And is it really to late to make arrangements for accommodation? I only just learned about this conference about two weeks ago. I posted a query at that time, but have received no reply from you. I would like to attend the conference in any case–if it were possible. But I do need to make travel arrangements from Maryland to Massachusetts and would like to make these in full knowledge of the facts.
