The S.O.U.L.S. Center has created a new tool to facilitate project planning and management for service learning faculty and community partners. Beginning in Fall 2008, we ask participating faculty and community partners to read and sign a Service Learning Agreement for their particular project(s). You can download a blank Service Learning Agreement form here and either mail or fax the signed copy to the S.O.U.L.S. Center. Either the staff person at your organization who is managing the project/partnership or the Executive Director may sign. Please contact us if you have any questions.
