The S.O.U.L.S. Center is offering a workshop series for all faculty members who are interested in learning more about service learning. Breakfast, lunch, or refreshments will be served.
Service Learning 101
• Wednesday, October 8, 9:30–10:30am. Location: King’s Chapel Conference Room, 73 Tremont Street.
• Monday, November 3, 1–2pm. Location: King’s Chapel Conference Room, 73 Tremont Street
Teaching in the Community: Partnering with Nonprofits to Enhance Student Learning
• Tuesday, October 14, 1–2pm. Location: Granary Conference Room, 73 Tremont Street.
Scholarship and Community Service: Utilizing Community Connections to Develop Research Opportunities
• Wednesday, November 13, 1-2pm. Location: King’s Chapel Conference Room, 73 Tremont Street.
In addition to these workshops, S.O.U.L.S. will host a series of Service Learning Working Group meetings for faculty members who teach a fall semester service learning course.
