Internship Position for Television Design Show

We are looking for two 3rd- or 4th- year interior design students and / or 2nd year + interior design MA candidates to intern for the designer of a new home design show on HGTV. Tasks would include conducting product research, contacting vendors, and doing some digital drafting and rendering (including floor plans, 3D models, etc.). Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Microsoft Excel and Adobe Photoshop is mandatory. A background in television or production is not necessary but is a plus. The hours will vary, but will amount to approximately 15 - 20 hours per week. The interns will be able to work from home and must meet weekly with the show’s design assistant and designer. Please note that this is an unpaid internship. We will be conducting interviews in mid-September, and hiring immediately.
