In the fall of 2005, the Government Department published the first edition of its semiannual newsletter. Featuring faculty research spotlights, essays from students studying and working in government in a variety of locales, alumni profiles, photos, student news and other announcements, the newsletter serves as a way to inform our alumni, our university colleagues and our current students about what it means to be a part of the Suffolk Government Department family. Beginning under the stewardship of former chair John C. Berg and continuing under current chair Rachael Cobb, the newsletter is published every August (fall edition) and February (spring edition). Check out the below links for an archive of our past issues.
Don’t just read the newsletter — help write it! If you have an item of interest to contribute, feel free to email the Government Department at government@suffolk.edu. We look forward to hearing from you! (The Editor reserves the right to edit all submissions for clarity and space.)
